The enharmonic of G# is Ab. Even though the notes look different, they are fingered the same and sound the same. Here is what they look like on the piano:

Low Ab

Fingering for Low Ab:

  • Left Hand: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th finger (the 4th finger is the pinky)
  • Right Hand: None
  • Octave Key: No

High Ab

Fingered exactly the same as a low Ab except the octave key is used.
