Blue Bells of Scotland

What Should I Accomplish Each Day?

Do what works for you. If learning by ear is a challenge, then I would suggest learning only 1 audio track today. Then, take the next day off (or just review audio track 1). On the third day continue with track 2. You can follow this pattern for the remainder of the week.

I don’t want you to become overwhelmed, so do what you can. As long as you’re moving forward, that’s the important thing. Soon you’ll have all the tracks down and you’ll be playing this whole piece. I look forward to that time. Good luck!

5 Weeks

We’ll divide this song into multiple sections, which can be found in the audio files below. Each audio file has 5 repetitions. At the end of a section, move to the next audio file unless you would like more repetition.

We will be learning this song over the next 5 weeks. I have broken it up for you so you only need to complete the following 2 tracks this week.

Context

To help you with an overall understanding of what you’ll be learning, I’ve provided an audio file of the whole song. This will help with the context for each separate audio file.
