Membership Series Lessons

The Membership Series Lessons (Basic, Silver, Gold, Student Series, Student Series Plus) are the membership services at LearnSaxophoneOnline.com. The yearly membership price covers the cost of lessons for 3 months or 12 months. Each month contains four separate lessons, totaling 48 separate lessons for the price of a 1 year membership. The membership does not include unlimited lessons for the year. The quarterly membership provides 4 lessons a month for 3 months- totaling 12 lessons. Lessons are purchased with a one time fee only.

Membership Duration

All membership levels provide access to the lessons agreed upon 1 year from the original, or first purchase date. In other words, month 1 will be accessible for a total of 12 months, but month 12 will be available for 1 month before the subscription expires.

2nd Year Renewal

The 2nd year renewal is available to some products only. Check your product description to see if this feature is part of your lesson program. When a purchase is made, the customer is automatically enrolled in a 2nd year renewal. This is a greatly reduced price on the lessons (sometimes up to 90% off). This 2nd year renewal will continue indefinitely (at the same price) until the customer cancels their subscription. Once the subscription has been cancelled, and the customer would like to purchase the lessons again, they will not qualify for the discounted price and will need to buy the lessons as a new customer, at full price. However, if the customer is unaware of this policy and cancels their 2nd year renewal within the first 12 months, the customer will be given one opportunity to register for the lessons again at the 2nd year renewal price. This subscription will continue indefinitely until the customer cancels the 2nd year renewal again. Once this occurs, and the customer would like to purchase the lessons again, they will not qualify for the 2nd year renewal price and will need to purchase the lessons at full price.

2nd year renewal prices do not include the audio feedback or followup feature.

Audio Feedback

The description of “X” (example: Audio Feedback: 12x in the Gold Lessons) means that the member has a specific amount of “Audio Feedback” for each package. Some packages do not contain any audio feedback, and others provide weekly feedback. As an example, The Silver Lessons come with 10 opportunities to receive audio feedback from their instructor. The member can use the audio feedback as quickly as they would like, or spread it out over the duration of the determined lesson period. Audio feedback never expires, unless the membership expires and is not renewed.

Money Back Guarantee

The 30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee is for the first month of the Gold and Silver Lessons only (includes four, 1 week lessons). A request for a refund will only be honored within the first 30 days. If the student wishes to go beyond the first month (or first 30 days of lessons) before the 30 calendar days have passed, more lessons will be made available upon their request. However, if this request is made, the student (or customer) agrees that they have gone beyond the 30 day “Money Back Guarantee” policy and will not be able to receive any refund at that point or thereafter. The 30 day money back guarantee is only available with the quarterly membership subscription (Silver) and the yearly subscription (Gold). Only one return is available for each student (or customer). If a purchase is made and then the money is refunded, the customer may purchase another plan if desired. However, a 30 day money back guarantee will not be offered upon the next, or any following purchases.

Skype Lessons

Skype lessons are only available through the Student Series Plus. This package has a 30 day money back guarantee. However, Skype lessons do no have a money back guarantee and money will not be refunded if used in the first 30 days. If one Skype lesson is completed and the 30 day money back guarantee is exercised, the refund will not include the Skype lesson taken, but we will refund all unused Skype lessons. The hourly rate (and refund) is determined by LearnSaxophoneOnline.com LLC.
